RETURN POLICY/SHIPPING


Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the product cost.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using USPS for returns under 3 lbs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the delivery service directly for such cases.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and processed, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, tracking and delivery are managed directly by the shipping carrier. Please note that Indigo Ray Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, here are a few steps that can help locate it:

  • Check around your property — front porch, mailbox, side or back doors, or other secure areas.

  • Check with neighbors or your building management.

  • Contact your local carrier office directly with your tracking number for GPS delivery confirmation.

We’ll always do our best to help guide you through the process and support where we can, but ultimate responsibility for locating the package rests with the customer once it’s been scanned as delivered.
