Your satisfaction with our products is what matters most! If you are not content with your unused and unopened product, you can return it to us for a full refund of the product cost. We cannot refund opened or used products. The cost of postage for a return of a product is to be covered by the customer and will not be included in the refund amount of the product cost. We recommend using USPS for returns under 3 pounds. We do not refund the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds or replace orders confirmed delivered by the delivery service via provided tracking numbers. Please contact the delivery service directly with your tracking number if your package was confirmed delivered but you never received it.
Once your item is received at our warehouse and processed you will be updated on your return status. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be visible in your account.
